ABOUT EARTRAK

Who We Are

EARtrak is an independent hearing outcomes platform. We partner with clinics, researchers, and government bodies to measure patient experiences and improve hearing care outcomes globally.

Our Story

Founded to close the gap between clinical fittings and real-world experiences, EARtrak was built on the belief that great hearing care must be measured by what truly matters — the patient’s experience. For over two decades, the EARtrak team has worked alongside audiologists, researchers, and hearing healthcare leaders to collect, analyse, and benchmark patient outcomes across Australia. By combining independent data collection with modern digital tools, EARtrak makes hearing outcomes measurable, transparent, and meaningful for clinics, patients, and policymakers alike. Our multidisciplinary team — spanning audiology, clinical research, data science, and software development — ensures that every survey, benchmark, and report we deliver is grounded in both scientific integrity and practical insight. Today, powered by a modern digital platform and advanced analytics, EARtrak continues to help clinics demonstrate quality, improve outcomes, and raise the standard of hearing healthcare for all.

Our Mission

To raise the standard of hearing healthcare by giving every patient a voice and every clinic the evidence it needs to improve.
EARtrak exists to make hearing outcomes visible, measurable, and meaningful — driving continuous improvement across the industry and greater trust between patients and providers.

Our Values

We are guided by three core principles:

Independence: Every result is impartial, verified, and free from influence — ensuring true credibility.

Insight: Data is only powerful when it leads to understanding. EARtrak turns patient feedback into practical, actionable insight for better care.

Impact: Our work drives better outcomes — for patients, for clinics, and for the hearing care community as a whole.
